After a student passes from class 12, the vernacular term that is used for them are high school graduate and +2 graduates. However the official terms are secondary graduate and higher secondary graduate or simply H.S. graduate only. Here the graduate refers one who has achieved an academic degree. After the graduation, most of the students search their preferable jobs but unfortunately most of the students become unable to get their prospective jobs.
There are different streams for fresher jobs like banking, state government, central government, airlines, hospitality sector, medical sectors, engineering sectors etc. for that reason every students should get good marks in each and every semester as well as they must have some good theory as well as practical knowledge that is why they can easily crack any type of interview.
Eligibility criteria for fresher jobs are
• Good communication skills especially in English which will help them to shine in their career. If they know English and fluently say English, they can easily get their growth.
• They must have some good knowledge about those sectors where they are going to do their work. It is very much required because this is the utmost thing which can develop their career and become one of the plus points in their career as well.
• They will smart enough and have some pleasing capability which can help them to handle any circumstance at any cost.
